# Anti-Patterns
Source: https://docs.zipteam.com/en/best-practices/anti-patterns
Understanding common mistakes helps you get the most out of Zipteam. Use the examples below to recognize what to avoid, and learn best practices for building effective skill data and workflows.
## Inconsistent Skill Notation
Bottom-up skill entry tends to lead to inconsistent notation. To mitigate this, Zipteam provides two flows.
1. When adding skills in free-form, if similar skills already exist in the workspace, predictive skills will be displayed. It's best to make it a practice to select from these suggestions.
2. If you want to conduct a top-down skill survey, you can use Self Review. Since reviewees can answer with multiple-choice skills, notation inconsistencies won't occur.
It is crucial that leaders and managers do not spend too much time creating forms for option 2. (Ref. [Unsure what to include in the skill template](/en/best-practices/anti-patterns#unsure-what-to-include-in-the-skill-template) )
### Tips for skill name
Here are few tips for entering your skill name:
* Avoid using acronyms that are not publicly well-known.
* 🚫 PE
* 👍 Plant engineering
* Avoid using phrase like "how to", "ways to" or any other phrases with prepositions. Try to find a well-known term.
* 🚫 How to increase SNS followers
* 👍 Social media marketing
* Avoid using symbols like ().
* 🚫 IP (Intellectual Property)
* 👍 Intellectual property
## Overcomplicated Skills Graph
This tends to happen when trying to add everything like certifications and detailed versioning of technical components to Skills Graph or templates for self-review. While Zipteam allows registration of up to 30 skills per user by default (100 for Starter and Enterprise plans), if you're trying to register more than 20 skills, it's probably a good time to consider pruning your skills. Any more than that significantly reduces the visibility of the skills graph. (Please remember the skills graph should be designed to be human-readable!)
Please refer to the following guidelines:
1. Keep skills as simple nouns. (avoid specific versions, scores, etc…)
2. For versioning, certification grades, and scores where important, keep only the most recent ones
When you know multiple versions of standards, this should be expressed **Experience** in each skill nodes.
3. When registering more than 20 skills, try breaking them down into smaller islands instead of creating one large skill graph island
## Unsure what to include in the skill template
This is a common issue that occurs when managers try to create skill templates. However, let's not lose sight of the goal. The manager's role is to collect currently identifiable skills while minimizing notation inconsistencies. The purpose is not to tackle "the knowledge of ignorance." What managers don't know is what their colleagues know. By iterating through self reporting and template-based self-reviews, and keeping the data up-to-date, the optimal skill template will become apparent.
You can obtain the initial framework ideas based on O\*NET data [here](https://utils.zipteam.com/skill-framework-builder). We also offer other predefined skill templates. Please contact [support@zipteam.com](mailto:support@zipteam.com) for more information.
### Directions for Creating Skill Templates
1. Brainstorm skills and terms that could be key to organizational strategy
2. Create a prototype skill template
3. Explore frameworks where these skills exist, **without limiting itself to your organization's business domain**
If you cannot find an appropriate framework, you should not spend any more time searching for one. You should keep the skill names from step 1 in your framework and refer to the skills of employees who respond to it.)
4. Try applying the frameworks you found to the following patterns
a. The framework can be expressed as three-layered structured data consisting of category, skill, and description (even if there are more than 3 layers of subcategories, they can be simplified)
This type is common in fields centered around established skills like IT, where skill assessments and certifications are well-established
b. Skills have multiple actions (e.g. Competency model)
Sales, industry-specific engineering, and other job-focused fields that often lack established assessment frameworks, and are frequently characterized by soft skills
5. In both cases, adopt the categories and skills into your framework. However, particularly in case b, take measures to complement the action part through **Peer Review**.
## Unable to properly define the scope of skills
When conducting Peer Reviews or considering Team Requirements, you'll need to think about the scope of skills. However, thinking of these as separate things might be incorrect. Both are framed by a common strategy at the highest level, and the Team planning and reflection contained within form a single cyclical workflow. The Required skills planned for a Team and the skills reviewed in Peer Review should be almost identical.
(If you find it difficult to define the initial skill set for the cycle, why not try looking for it in your organization's Skill template?)

Connect with experts in your organization.
## Searching Experts
First, find the search box in the top-left corner of your dashboard. This box supports predictive input. The predictions show the number of people with each skill, helping you estimate skill holders across your company. This gives you insight into your organization's strengths before running a full search.

Then click on the search icon. Search results will appear immediately.

# Register skills through Self Review survey
Source: https://docs.zipteam.com/en/essentials/skills/add-skills-by-self-review
Create your Skills Graph simply by selecting skills from a framework.
If a user with Manager or Admin role has issued a Self Review, you can create your Skills Graph simply by selecting skills from the template.
An active Self Review should be displayed in the top left of the dashboard. Click "Respond" to begin answering.

Your organization's skill template should be displayed. Add your distinctive skills by clicking **Add to my skill**.

“Add Skill” interface is the same as when adding skills freely in Skills Graph.
* Status: Are you still using this skill in your work?
* Experience: How long have you used or had been using this skill?
* Links: An edge to other skills (Blank on first use.)
When you have completed the review, finish by clicking **Complete survey** at bottom. Don't worry if the review takes time. You can pause and resume anytime using **Finish later**. (Even if you accidentally click “Complete survey”, you can still **Retake** it!)
You cannot reset your response status. If you want to delete added skills, you can delete them either from **Self Review** > **Edit skill** of the corresponding skill, or from Skills Graph.
Now the foundation of your Skills Graph is now complete. Let's add more layers to your unique experiences!

## Specification
* Zipteam treats self-assessments and peer evaluations as data with different characteristics. Responses to Self Reviews and skills added by yourself will be displayed in the skills graph, but results from Peer Reviews and Assessments will not be shown in the skills graph.
* The maximum number of skills that can be added in Skills Graph (Self Review) is 30 for Freemium licence and 100 for Starter and Enterprise licence.
# Endorse coworker’s skills via Peer Review

Reveal your colleagues’ detailed talent that are hidden behind their actions.
Someone may have issued a Peer Review request. Let's reveal your colleagues' detailed skills that are hidden behind their actions through the Peer Review.
An active Peer Review should be displayed in the top right of the dashboard. Click the reviewee's icon to begin answering.

At Peer Review, you will **just tag what the reviewee can achieve with a particular skill** (**Action tags**). This is all what you do in Peer Review.
Some skills might be unfamiliar to you - in such cases, please don't feel pressured to add tags. Zipteam keeps a record of who added which tags. Zipteam is designed from the ground up so that skill quality is verified through endorsements from qualified experts. (Although your conscientiousness and thoughtfulness are admirable!)

When you have completed the review, finish by clicking **Complete survey** at bottom.
Unlike Self Review, once a Peer Review survey is marked as Completed, you cannot retake it.

# Setting up IP Restriction
Source: https://docs.zipteam.com/en/security/ip-restriction
To ensure secure access to Zipteam workspaces, system administrators have the ability to request configuration of IP address restrictions.
This feature needs an active Enterprise License.
## **Overview**
This feature limits login access to specific IP addresses or ranges for a given workspace, reducing the risk of unauthorized access and enhancing the organization's security posture.
IP restrictions are particularly useful for organizations that require access only from trusted networks, such as corporate offices or secure VPNs. Once configured, only users connecting from the whitelisted IP addresses will be able to access the designated workspace.
> Users outside these ranges will still be able to reach Zipteam itself, but access to your restricted workspace will be denied.
## **Requirements**
* An active Enterprise license
* Admin role of your workspace
## **How to Set Up IP Restriction**
Currently, Zipteam does not offer a self-service UI for IP restriction settings. To set up IP restrictions for your workspace, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to **Help > Contact Support** (top-right corner of the Zipteam app)
2. Send a request email with the following information:
* Company Name
* Admin’s Name
* Admin’s Email Address
* Workspace Name
* Workspace ID
> **How to find your Workspace ID:** Click your profile icon (top-right corner) → Settings > WORKSPACE > Workspace Settings. The Workspace ID will be listed there.
1. Submit CIDER ranges (e.g., 192.168.0.0/24) to us via our secure file sharing system.
* Our support team will provide access to the file sharing system for secure transmission.
2. Our support team will apply the configuration to your workspace and confirm once the restrictions are active.
> **Important Notes :** You may update or remove authorized IPs by contacting the support team again.
By requesting IP restrictions through our support team, you can significantly improve your organization's control over who can access your Zipteam workspace and from where.
For further assistance, please contact Zipteam Support([support@zipteam.com](mailto:support@zipteam.com)).
# Setting up Single Sign-On (SSO)
Source: https://docs.zipteam.com/en/security/sso
We support Single Sign-On (SSO) integration for enterprise users through WorkOS, allowing your team to access Zipteam securely and efficiently using your organization's identity provider (IdP).
This feature needs an active Enterprise License.
## Why Use SAML SSO with Zipteam?
Implementing SAML-based SSO improves security, simplifies onboarding, and supports centralized access control by your end.
* Users log in via your organization's IdP using SAML
* No need to manage Zipteam-specific passwords
* Access is secured and centrally managed through your identity provider
> Zipteam uses WorkOS to enable seamless integration with IdPs.
## Setup process
### Step 1: Submit Request via Zipteam App
To start the SSO setup process:
1. Go to **Help > Contact Support** (top-right corner of the Zipteam app)
2. Send a request email with the following information\*:
* **Company Name**
* **Admin’s Name**
* **Admin’s Email Address**
* **Workspace Name**
* **Workspace ID**
* These details are just used to verify the request is authorized. They do not initiate the configuration itself.
> **How to find your Workspace ID:** Click your profile icon (top-right corner) → Settings > WORKSPACE > Workspace Settings. The Workspace ID will be listed there.
### Step 2: Zipteam Support Will Reach Out
Our support team will reach out to the provided admin to coordinate next steps and provide access to a secure file-sharing system.
### Step 3: Submit Your Email Domains
Upload a list of **email domains** (e.g., `@company.com`) to be used for SSO login.
* Submit this list via our file-sharing system in Step 2
* These domains will determine which users are eligible to log in via SSO
### Step 4: Configure Your Identity Provider
Once our support team have registered provided domains, we will send your admin a magic link that leads to step-by-step setup page for configuring Zipteam as a SAML application.
> **Important:** Please ensure that emails from `@workos-mail.com` are not filtered into your spam inbox. This domain is used to send your magic link and configuration instructions.
**Finalization**
Once setup is confirmed:
* SSO will be activated for your users
* Anyone with a verified domain will be redirected to your IdP for login
**Need Help?**
If you have questions, reach out anytime through the **Help > Contact Support** link in the app, or email us directly at [**support@zipteam.com**](mailto:support@zipteam.com).
# Skills Hub
Source: https://docs.zipteam.com/en/skills-hub/overview
Comprehensive dashboard for managing and analyzing multifaceted skill data.
***
Skills Hub enables multifaceted skill collection, management, and analysis.
All users can freely build their own skills graph. This includes a company-defined survey to guide and standardize the self-assessment process.
The previous Survey feature has been integrated into the Self Review.
Team members assess each other’s skills by reviewing combinations of skills and action tags. This method enhances the quality and quantitativeness of skill.
Zipteam supports importing third-party assessment results. Please contact [support@zipteam.com](mailto:support@zipteam.com) for more information.
# Team Analytics through Peer Review
Source: https://docs.zipteam.com/en/skills-hub/peer-review
This new approach divides skills into domains (skill areas) and specific actions, proving especially effective for action-oriented, non-technical skills.
Only an admin or manager can publish or close surveys, or view survey reports.
## Overview of Peer Review
Traditional skill proficiency systems are too subjective and limited. The new approach separates a skill into Domains(**Skills**) and **Action tags**, making it particularly effective for non-technical skills that are action-oriented. There are two major experiences with Peer Review.
**Issue a survey to tag actions**
In Peer Review, reviewers mark reviewee's Action tags as endorsements.
**View report**
From this endorsements and the attributes, the depth and versatility of the Participant's skills are calculated, which can ultimately be utilized for team analytics as reports.
## Publishing a Survey
Select the **Peer Review** tab from **Skills Hub** in the upper left of the dashboard.
Self Review should be selected by default.
Select the leftmost card to begin creating a Peer-review Survey.
Templates can also be downloaded from the UI. The upload file must be a CSV or a single-sheet .xlsx file.
If you find it difficult to create skill templates, our [best practices](/en/best-practices/anti-patterns#unable-to-properly-define-the-scope-of-skills) might be helpful. The key to Peer Review is not to review a large number of skills, but to conduct surveys with a focus on skills that are essential for strategy execution (That's should be **Team Requirements**).
In this part, you assign the participants to the survey as both Reviewee and Reviewer in the same time. If you want to define their roles separately, please refer to [this section](/en/skills-hub/peer-review#adding-more-participants).
Be careful not to let the member count get too large here as well. If you forgot to add any reviewees, don’t worry. You can include them in the survey later.
Once you have added all participants, click Next to finish.
The created Survey should be listed with Draft status.
When you click on the created Survey, you can verify that the loaded template has been mapped correctly. Let’s check if the Survey has the expected structure. Above the description, you’ll find the Action tags. This enables the new skill measurement system to function.

Once you’ve confirmed everything, click **Publish** in the top left, check the confirmation screen, and click Publish again to make your Peer-review Survey available for all participants to respond.

The published Survey will change to “Live” status.
Once published, the survey will appear on every participants' home dashboard until it’s completed, skipped or closed.
Your review requests should appear on the Peer Review participants’ dashboards as shown below.
## Managing a Published Survey
### Adding more participants
If there are any reviewees you'd like to add, you can include them in the survey via **Participants** tab > **Add**.
Unlike when creating a Peer Review, you add the Reviewer and the Reviewee separately in this section. If you want to assign participants to both, you have to add them to the Reviewer and the Reviewee respectively.
### Sharing your Survey
You can invite coworkers through **Share** to review responses together. Shared users will be able to view the responses and report.
### Response Status
You can check response status sequentially from the Response tab.
### Editting and Deleting a Survey
The following actions can be taken from the ellipsis.
* Rename a Survey
* Exporting Framework(Template)
* Delete a Survey
\*\*This operation cannot be undone.
## Closing a Survey
When you have received sufficient responses, or when you want to publish an updated new Survey, you should close the current Survey. End the Survey by clicking **Close** in the top left of the selected Survey. Unlike Self Review, you must close the Survey to view the results report in Peer Review.
>
> **This operation cannot be undone.**
>
>
>
## Team Analytics via Report
The **Report** tab becomes activated for closed surveys.
This dynamic chart is designed to enable deep understanding of the survey results through just clicking on each bar and scatter plot. Data can be drilled down as followings.
1. **% of Skill Holders Per Category** - Select a category to display in next
2. **% of Skill Holders Per Skill** - Select a Skill to display in next
3. **Skill Holder Distribution** - Select a skill holder to display in next (The blue plot is selected participant.)
4. **Skill Holder Details**

Figures 1, 2, and 3 are for understanding peer characteristics and developing strategy. You can establish general directions without time-consuming analysis, such as leveraging team strengths for major initiatives, strengthening versatility to reinforce core business foundations, or planning to acquire missing capabilities of new challenges.
Figure 4 breaks down the metrics from Figure 3 at an individual level. You can gain deep insights into members' character, expertise, and work preferences. These deep insights into team members help you show them promising career paths and make enjoyable work assignments, which ultimately leads to increased engagement with both the team and work. Of course, This directly impacts team performance.
Zipteam has two metrics to visualize this:
* **Proficiency Level**: A score that indicates how rare and difficult jobs one can handle, calculated from the difficulty attributes of Action tags.
* **Versatility Score**: A score that shows how broad a range of jobs one can handle, calculated from the number of tags.
Action tags record who reported them. It is designed to make it immediately apparent even when endorsements from non-experts are included accidentaly.
## How to Respond a Survey?
Please refer to [this guide](/en/essentials/skills/endorse-skills-by-peer-review) for instructions on how to respond to the Survey.
# Skills Survey via Self Review
Source: https://docs.zipteam.com/en/skills-hub/self-review
Enables top-down data collection using organization-specific skill templates.
The previous Survey feature has been integrated into the Self Review.
The Self Review feature frees you from the risks of inconsistent terminology in self-reporting and missing critical skill information that should be collected.
## Publishing a Survey
Select the **Self Review** tab from **Skills Hub** in the upper left of the dashboard to get started.
Self Review should be selected by default.
Then click on the leftmost card to begin creating a Self-review Survey.
Templates can also be downloaded from the UI. The upload file must be a **CSV** or a single-sheet **.xlsx** file. If no errors occur during upload, Creating is "Done!". The created Survey should be listed with **Draft** status.

# Build a Dream Team
Source: https://docs.zipteam.com/en/teams/teams
Teams is a planning process to identify guaranteed skill capabilities and skills gaps(risks), in order to develop into a true dream team.
The previous Team-Up feature has been integrated into Scout mode of Teams.
## Directions
The Teams planning process follows these general steps:
Your situation might branch into two scenarios;
* The job and its difficulty level are clear and you want to find experts with certainty (**Assign mode**)
* There are ambiguous aspects in the strategy or job and you want to conduct a comprehensive member search (**Scout mode**)
Now, let's start creating a team.
## Initiating a team with required skills
Select the **Teams** tab in the top left to start creating a team. Click the **+** button under **Create New Team**.

Initialize your team by following these steps:
1. Enter the team name
2. Add a description (optional)
3. **Add Required skills** (Next Step)
The input field features predictive input, allowing you to select appropriate skill names without worrying about variations in terminology. Don't worry if you forget to add some skills - you can always add them later.
If you find it difficult to determine the skills needed for your team, don't force yourself to add them. Start by setting tentative ideal skills. One of the important aspects of the Teams experience is visualizing gaps and recognizing challenges that need to be faced with courage. It's not about challenging the knowledge of ignorance.
## Searching for candidates
Go to your created team and click **Add** in the top right to select a search mode.

### Assign or Scout

Manager or Admin role is required to use Assign mode.
* **Assign** mode specializes in finding experts by focusing on detailed skill levels through [Peer reviews](/en/skills-hub/peer-review#overview-of-peer-review).
* You can search using **a single keyword**, making it ideal for finding mission-critical candidates. Keywords can be specified by clicking required skills or entering them in the input field.
* Search results display candidate summaries and Peer Review evaluations. Click on Peer Review to see action tags and Versatility scores related to that skill.
* When you find suitable members, select the appropriate [Member type](/en/teams/teams#member-types) from **Add to team** to add them to your team.

* **Scout** mode uses Self review data as its search space and supports OR searches with up to **5 keywords**, enabling flexible candidate searching. Keywords can be specified by clicking required skills or entering them in the input field.
* Search results show candidate summaries and Self Reporting/Self Review skill graphs.
* When you find suitable members, select the appropriate [Member type](/en/teams/teams#member-types) from **Add to team** to add them to your team.
You'll organize member types in later steps. So let's just make some temporary settings for now.
Each user has an assignment limit under the Free or Starter license. If a candidate has already reached their limit, you won’t be able to assign them to your team. (Free: 1, Starter: 11)
**Search Filters**
Both Assign and Scout mode have **Show filter** to filter candidates by language and timezone.

### Member Types
Team management through the Teams feature has 4 Member Types.
* **Leader**: The project driver
* **General Member**: Members who handle multiple tasks that drive the project
* **Specialist**: Members like senior engineers who provide management and important contributions related to specific skills
* **Advisor**: Members who don't participate in regular project operations but help with ad-hoc tasks requiring deep knowledge
Once you've added enough candidates, click **Back to team overview** to return to the **team overview**.
### Can't find any candidates?
It's not a failure. Rather, it's a moment where you've gained **important insights that affect the entire organization.** You're now ready to make a decision—whether to develop talent internally or acquire it externally. **However,** there's one more thing to check. Someone might actually possess the ideal skills already. Why not conduct a [Self review survey](/en/skills/self-review) in your workspace to find people with the skill set you're looking for?
## Mapping between skills and members
After adding candidates, you may feel the team is a bit messy. Let's move forward to start by mapping skills to members. Assignment is simple - just select the icon in the rightmost column of the Required Skills table and click the Assign button for the appropriate member.

From the **Edit** button in the top right of the Required Skills table, you can add and delete skills, as well as set skill level queries based on Peer Reviews.

## Examining a team through Report
Before finalizing candidates, let's move to the **Report** tab to check the team's status. Here you can check two things: Skill Coverage to verify if skill capabilities are sufficient for strategy execution, and Skill Assignment Distribution to check the degree of dependency on specific candidates.

Skill Coverage is a visualization to verify whether appropriate members are assigned to skills without any gaps.
The **Summary** shows the following:
* **Qualified**: Number of skill holders (Reported by both Peer Review and Self Reporting)
* **Assigned**: Number of assigned candidates
* **Assignee Qualification Rate**: Percentage of assignees who possess the skill
* **Highest Level**: Highest level of Peer Review among Assignees
In Qualified and Assigned, you can check the detailed distribution of Assignee levels.
* Assigned \< Qualified: Missed assignments, or excess candidates
* Assigned = 1: Could become a SPOF for tasks related to that skill
* Assignee Qualification Rate \< 100: There are non-skillholders (assigned as a trainee?)
* Assignee Qualification Rate = 0: Capability is lacking, countermeasures needed
* Highest level = Self-reported: Need to include the skill in next Peer Review
There's no inherent good or bad in the insights obtained. If capabilities for strategy execution are insufficient, you can develop sub-strategies for acquisition or development. What's important is to identify explainable next actions.

You can change the visualization using the arrow in the top right corner of the graph frame. This chart helps you check whether the workload is overly concentrated on specific members. Hovering over the graph displays candidate names and member types. You can gain a general insight into which candidates might have a concentration of tasks.
How to handle low bus factor varies case by case depending on strategy.
* Startup project: Having multi-hat roles is normal, so it's common to have dependencies on specific candidates for certain skills.
* Mature business: Skill redundancy can become one of the survival strategies.
>
> * **Bus factor:** Number of people who can leave before work is blocked.
> * High = safe (task is shared)
> * Low = risky (task depends on few)
> * **SPOF(Single Point of Failure)**:
> * One person holds all key knowledge. If the person unavailable, the project fails.
> * Bus factor = 1
Let's return to searching for candidates and skill assignment based on your team's situation.
## Adjusting Member Types
Have you created a satisfactory Report? You're almost there. Let's clarify the roles of team members. Rather than determining [Member types](/en/teams/teams#member-types) based on organizational position, it's better to assign them based on the skills related to the work necessary for strategy execution.
> e.g. If the non-titled UI/UX designer and backend engineer are the project initiators and are directly collecting VoC, they should be the project drivers.
Members marked with exclamation point after organizing are those who aren't mapped to any specific skills. You can select **Remove from team** from the member card's ellipsis menu.
Congratulations! Now your team is all set.
## Editing and Deleting a Team
You can edit your team information at any time.

* **Team Tag**
You can add short tags to your Team using the **+** button in the top left. These are displayed in the team list, making it easy to understand project details (codename, tasks, projects, account volume, etc.) at a glance.
* Edit team summary
You can edit the team name and description from the ellipsis menu in the top right.
* Delete team
You can delete the team from the ellipsis menu in the top right.
This operation cannot be undone.

Zipteam defines three types of user role, each with specific permissions and intended use cases:
* **Admin**: Intended for workspace administrators such as IT system personnel. Admins can add or remove users, assign roles, and edit or delete the workspace.
* **Manager**: Typically assigned to managerial or senior staff within an organization. Managers can initiate Self-Reviews and Peer-Reviews, confirm review and assessment results, and access all Teams features.
* **Member**: This is the default role assigned to tenant users. Members can create their own skill graph, respond to Self-Reviews and Peer-Reviews, and use Teams in Scout Mode (configuration only).

Tips
* 一般的によく知られていない略語の使用は避けてください。
* 🚫 PE
* 👍 プラントエンジニアリング
* 「〜の方法」「〜のやり方」など複数の単語を接続するようなフレーズの使用は避けてください。よく知られた用語を見つけるようにしてください。
* 🚫 SNSフォロワーを増やす方法
* 👍 ソーシャルメディアマーケティング
* ()などの記号の使用は避けてください。
* 🚫 IP(知的財産)
* 👍 IP
* 👍 知的財産

Source: https://docs.zipteam.com/jp/getting-started/features
Zipteam
* **基本体験(スキルグラフ&エキスパート検索)**
* 動的なスキルグラフを通じて自分のスキルを管理、公開
* 組織全体のエキスパートを発見し、つながる
* **Skills Hub**
* 組織戦略に沿ったスキル調査を作成・公開
* スキルに関するアクションをピアレビューで計測し、スキルの汎用性と習熟度を計測
* チーム〜部門全体の能力を可視化
* **Teams**
* スキルデータをベースにしたデータドリブンなチーム編成
* チームが戦略に合った能力を持つか分析
* スキルギャップを特定し、解消

Source: https://docs.zipteam.com/jp/security/ip-restriction
* 有効なEnterpriseライセンス
* Admin権限
* 組織名
* 申請者様(Admin roleのユーザー)の氏名
* 申請者様(Admin roleのユーザー)のメールアドレス
* Workspace Name
* Workspace ID

***
Skills Hub
Source: https://docs.zipteam.com/jp/skills-hub/peer-review
ここで追加するメンバーはReviewee(レビュー対象者)とReviewer(評価者)の二つに同時にアサインされます。
Peer review

Response
1. **% of Skill Holders Per Category**(カテゴリ毎のスキル保持者の割合)
2. **% of Skill Holders Per Skill**(スキル別のスキル保持者の割合)
3. **Skill Holder Distribution**(ピアにおけるスキル保持者の評価の分布)
4. **Skill Holder Details**(特定のスキル保持者の評価詳細)

Source: https://docs.zipteam.com/jp/teams/teams
ここは2つのシナリオに分かれます;
* 仕事の内容と難易度が明確であり、確実にエキスパートを見つけたい(**Assign mode**)
* 戦略やタスクに曖昧な箇所があり包括的なメンバー検索を実施したい(**Scout mode**)

Scout

(Free: 1, Starter: 11)

### Member Types
* **General Member**:

Skill Coverage
**Summary**
Proficiency Level
* Assigned \< Qualified :
* Assigned = 1: SPOF
* Assignee Qualification Rate \< 100:
* Assignee Qualification Rate = 0:
* Highest level = Self-reported:

> * **SPOF(Single Point of Failure,
