To ensure secure access to Zipteam workspaces, system administrators have the ability to request configuration of IP address restrictions.
Users outside these ranges will still be able to reach Zipteam itself, but access to your restricted workspace will be denied.
How to find your Workspace ID: Click your profile icon (top-right corner) → Settings > WORKSPACE > Workspace Settings. The Workspace ID will be listed there.
Important Notes : You may update or remove authorized IPs by contacting the support team again.By requesting IP restrictions through our support team, you can significantly improve your organization’s control over who can access your Zipteam workspace and from where.
