Three ways to measure skills

Zipteam supports three ways of top-down skill measurement:

Self-reporting / Self Review

All users can freely build their own skills graph. This includes a company-defined survey to guide and standardize the self-assessment process.

Peer Review (360 Review)

Team members assess each other’s skills by reviewing combinations of skills and action tags. This method enhances the quality and quantitativeness of skill.

External Assessment

The result of external skills assessment can be imported to Zipteam.

The previous Survey feature has been integrated into the Self Review.
