Searching Experts

Input skills up to 5

First, find the search box in the top-left corner of your dashboard. This box supports predictive input. The predictions show the number of people with each skill, helping you estimate skill holders across your company. This gives you insight into your organization’s strengths before running a full search.

Then click on the search icon. Search results will appear immediately.

View the result

While some skills have default canonical names for fuzzy matching, this feature is not currently supported for user-inputted skills (unlike the previous version). AI-powered search will replace this functionality in Fall 2025.

Detailed Information of the Expert

You can view detailed information by opening the expert’s card.

  • Full Profile (Email, Headline, Location, Language(s), Related Link(s))

  • Skills Graph

  • Team(s) to which the experts belongs

Searching Specifications

  • Search using up to five skills with OR logic
  • Skills are weighted by priority from left to right
  • Results are ranked by:
    1. number of matching skills
    2. Priority level of matched skills
