Click the reviewee's icon

An active Peer Review should be displayed in the top right of the dashboard. Click the reviewee’s icon to begin answering.

Tag actions of reviewee's skills

At Peer Review, you will just tag what the reviewee can achieve with a particular skill (Action tags). This is all what you do in Peer Review.
Some skills might be unfamiliar to you - in such cases, please don’t feel pressured to add tags. Zipteam keeps a record of who added which tags. Zipteam is designed from the ground up so that skill quality is verified through endorsements from qualified experts. (Although your conscientiousness and thoughtfulness are admirable!)
When you have completed the review, finish by clicking Complete survey at bottom.
Unlike Self Review, once a Peer Review survey is marked as Completed, you cannot retake it.
