Accept workspace invitation

By dashboard

  1. Log in to Zipteam. (If you don’t have a user account, please create one by following this guide.)
  2. In “Select your workspace” Page, Click on “Invitation”.

  1. Click on “Accept”.

  1. The workspace you’ve invited is showed in “Your Workspace”.

By invitation email

  1. Click “Accept invitation” button on the invitation email.
  2. On the workspace selection page, you should see the workspace which you were invited to. Select it and and now you are part of the workspace.

Switching workspace

  1. Open the menu from the top-right corner, then click on “Switch workspace”.

  1. Select the workspace you want to switch to.

Explore your workspace

By clicking your workspace name in the top-right corner, you can access an overview of workspace members and skills.

In the workspace view, users can take the following actions:

  • Search by person
  • Filter by role
  • Invite users to the workspace (Admin user only)
  • Launch skills explorer

Skills Explorer

The skills explorer is a massive skills graph across your workspace. You might discover clusters that reveal your organization’s strengths or unique expertise across the skill universe.
