Skills Survey via Self Review
Enables top-down data collection using organization-specific skill templates.
The previous Survey feature has been integrated into the Self Review.
The Self Review feature frees you from the risks of inconsistent terminology in self-reporting and missing critical skill information that should be collected.
Creating ~ Publishing a Survey
Select the Self Review tab from Skills Hub in the upper left of the dashboard. (Self Review should be selected by default.)
Select the leftmost card to begin creating a Self-review Survey.
Upload your Survey. Templates can also be downloaded from the UI. The upload file must be a CSV or a single-sheet .xlsx file. If you find it difficult to create skill templates, our best practices might be helpful.
Also we have predefined skill templates for multiple industrial domains that can be imported into Zipteam. Please contact support@zipteam.com for more information.
If no errors occur during upload, Creating is “Done!” The created Survey should be listed with Draft status.
When you click on the created Survey, you can verify that the loaded template has been mapped correctly. Let’s check if the Survey has the expected structure.
Once you’ve confirmed everything, click Publish in the top left, check the confirmation screen, and click Publish again to make your Self-review Survey available for all users in the workspace to respond.
Once published, the survey will appear on every membe’s home dashboard until it’s completed, skipped or closed.
The published Survey will change to Live status.
