Three ways to measure skills

Zipteam supports three ways of skill measurement:

  1. Self-reporting / Self Review: All users can freely build their own skills graph. This includes a company-defined survey to guide and standardize the self-assessment process.
  2. Peer Review (360 Review): Team members assess each other’s skills by reviewing combinations of skills and action tags. This method enhances the quality and quantitativeness of skill
  3. External Assessment: The result of external skills assessment can be imported to Zipteam.

The previous Survey feature has been integrated into the Self Review.
