概要

この機能は、特定のワークスペースに対してログインアクセスを特定のIPアドレスまたは範囲に制限し、不正アクセスのリスクを軽減し、組織のセキュリティ体制を強化します。

IP制限は、企業オフィスやセキュアなVPNなど、信頼できるネットワークからのアクセスのみを必要とする組織に特に有用です。設定が完了すると、ホワイトリストに登録されたIPアドレスから接続するユーザーのみが指定されたワークスペースにアクセスできるようになります。

これらの範囲外のユーザーは、Zipteam自体にはアクセスできますが、制限されたワークスペースへのアクセスは拒否されます。

IP制限の設定方法

現在、ZipteamはIP制限設定のセルフサービスUIを提供していません。ワークスペースのIP制限を設定するには、以下の手順に従ってください：

  1. Go to Help > Contact Support (top-right corner of the Zipteam app)
  2. Send a request email with the following information:
    • Company Name
    • Admin’s Name
    • Admin’s Email Address
    • Workspace Name
    • Workspace ID

How to find your Workspace ID: Click your profile icon (top-right corner) → Settings > WORKSPACE > Workspace Settings. The Workspace ID will be listed there.

  1. Submit CIDER ranges (e.g., 192.168.0.0/24) to us via our secure file sharing system.
    • Our support team will provide access to the file sharing system for secure transmission.
  2. Our support team will apply the configuration to your workspace and confirm once the restrictions are active.

Important Notes : You may update or remove authorized IPs by contacting the support team again.

By requesting IP restrictions through our support team, you can significantly improve your organization’s control over who can access your Zipteam workspace and from where.
